Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Process Automation Engineer – Device Assembly to drive the automation of critical manufacturing lines on the Kenosha County campus. You will partner with engineering, IT, and operations to deliver reliable, compliant automation solutions for device assembly.

The role requires strong expertise in process control, commissioning, qualification and validation, with experience interfacing MES, SCADA, PLCs and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 7+ years of experience as a process engineer with automation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and qualify the new LKC Device Assembly lines.
• Lead automation activities across the full project lifecycle from design to startup.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, IT and OEMs to resolve integration challenges.
