Job summary

At Eli Lilly and Company, the new Kenosha County Device Assembly facility will deliver high-speed manufacturing lines and advanced data systems. The Process Engineer – Device Assembly role supports and manages critical assembly lines within Lilly's global supply chain, driving design, qualification, and startup activities with a focus on safety and quality.

The position requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in automated process engineering, with experience in MES, PLCs, and factory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM
  • 7+ years of process engineering experience in highly automated environments
  • Experience with manufacturing systems (MES, PLCs, HMI/SCADA) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, and qualify new LKC Device Assembly lines
  • Lead qualification activities including commissioning of new equipment
  • Integrate lines into site data collection and SCADA layer
  • Manage full project lifecycle: design review, FAT, installation, SAT, startup
  • Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, IT, OEMs and global teams
  • Ensure compliance with Lilly standards and CFR/OSHA requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and reliability through data analysis
