Location: Montgomery, AL | Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control logic for programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotic systems, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
• Simulate, test, and optimize equipment to enhance system performance and reliability
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team that values teamwork and shared expertise
• Apply creativity and innovation to advance and refine automation solutions
• Support equipment commissioning at U.S. facilities and oversee system deployment at customer sites throughout North America
• Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with programming in an industrial automation environment
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Controls Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in designing control systems for industrial machinery
• Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, servo systems, robotics, and automation technologies
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms is considered an asset
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across North America
