World Wide Technology is seeking an Automation / Infrastructure Engineer for the Government Services Team in Charleston, SC (Hybrid) to automate and maintain secure infrastructure for US Navy PMW130. The role requires 5+ years in DevOps, TS clearance, and hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.

Applicants must understand infrastructure-as-code, security compliance, and day-2 operations while contributing to scalable, reliable systems; compensation reflects a $150k–$170k base

What will you be doing?

WWT is seeking Automation /Infrastructure Engineer with experience automating and maintaining secure infrastructure for US Navy support PMW130

Key Responsibilities:

Automation / Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in automating and maintaining secure infrastructure, clustered platforms, and associated operational tooling. The role will support Kubernetes or other clustered environments, infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, patching, monitoring, and day-2 operations to improve reliability, scalability, and recovery.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps
• Experience with automation frameworks,
  • Ansible, Bash, Python, YAML, JSON, orchestration, observability
• Ability to secure platform operations is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a mission-focused, compliance-driven environment.
• Rapid prototyping
• Proof of Concept (PoC) development
• Interoperability testing
• TS Clearance

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
