Job summary

PHINIA is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join our team in Mexico. The candidate will work on automation projects, focusing on PLC programming (Siemens, Studio 5000, TIA Portal), HMI integration, and control system design.

Background in electronics, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems is valued. Ideal applicants will be able to read electrical drawings, interpret schematics, and troubleshoot embedded automation challenges.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proficient in PLC programming with Siemens, Studio 5000, and TIA Portal.
• Experience with Siemens HMI, Cognex vision systems, and Keyence is preferred.

Experiencia

• PLC Programación (Siemens, Studio 5000, TIA Portal)
• HMI Siemens/Sistemas de Visión Cognex y Keyence
• Diseño de controles
• Conocimiento en electrónica, eléctrica, mecánica y neumática
• Comms (Ethernet-Et-CAT, Profibus)
• Load cell calibration
• Servomotores - bombas hidráulicas

Competencias requeridas
