Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Industrial Electrician in Nashville to build and wire custom automated systems for various industries. This hands-on role offers problem-solving opportunities with cutting-edge automation machinery in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of electrical experience minimum; journeyman preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to obtain certifications and additional training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment according to approved designs and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot wiring and electrical circuits; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Document changes, issues and progress throughout the build process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; support project timelines and costs.
