Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Electrician to join our onsite Nashville team. You will build and wire custom automated systems across industries, with variety in every project. Entry-level candidates may be considered, and you will work in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment.

Assemble, troubleshoot, and document electrical work, while following NEC standards and ISO/Quality guidelines. Travel up to 20% may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical training preferred.
• Journeyman's card preferred; relevant certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment per approved designs and customer specs.
• Document changes, issues, and progress during builds.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support ISO and Quality Standards compliance.
• Communicate with project team on issues and progress.
• Contribute to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain organized workspace.
• Troubleshoot wiring and electrical circuits per NEC; read schematics.
