Qualifications

• Practical experience with 480V and 208V electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining 24V AC/DC and 120VAC control systems.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining VFDs, three-phase motors, and pumps.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with industrial automation electrical components (relays, contactors, etc.).
• Experience with process automation instrumentation (pressure transducers, flow meters, sensors).
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of LOTO procedures and OSHA safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete assigned work orders through the maintenance management system.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical control panels, automation systems, and related equipment.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to assistant technicians and cross-functional departments.
• Plan, manage, and complete automation and maintenance projects within deadlines.
• Respond promptly to operational support requests via email, phone, or text.
• Monitor and optimize automation equipment for reliability and uptime.
• Identify and resolve system faults to minimize downtime.
• Recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and project progress.
