Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Newark, DE seeks a Trade Services Associate to support the Complex Products Middle Office. You will capture OTC derivatives transactions, drop trade tickets, and manage lifecycle events with a control mindset.

You will automate manual processes, interact with credit, legal, and pricing teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives while building a deep understanding of trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

Qualifications

• Understand all relevant derivatives and hedging products (e.g., ISDA swaps, FX, FRA, OIS, bonds, futures)
• Know the front-to-back Operations processes including ISDA and Dodd-Frank documentation and confirmations
• Recognize impact of Trade support on Finance, Market risk, Credit risk, Operations, and Legal
• Demonstrate clear communication and collaborative work style in a fast-paced environment
• Show attention to detail, ownership, and strong analytical abilities
• Exhibit problem-solving, control mindset, and project management skills
• Have strong technical skills, especially Excel (VBA), Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and AI awareness

Responsibilities

• Create and accurately capture all transactions in Risk Management Systems
• Support Dodd-Frank and ISDA documentation processes
• Handle intraday and end-of-day processes ensuring complete and reconciled activity
• Collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure teams for a unified approach
• Ensure controls are performed, completed, and signed-off timely
• Communicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries efficiently
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements
• Develop an in-depth understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives
