Responsibilities

• Forecast and source raw material purchases based on the production plan.
• Review and place purchasing requisitions based on business needs; generate invoices.
• Advise equipment control manager on changes to improve functioning and reduce costs.
• Verify traveler and bill of materials; assist in material discrepancy activities.
• Examine, stock, and distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines.
• Develop a new method to measure pallet weights entering/leaving the facility.
• Follow defined procedures and operate under close supervision.
