Qualifications

• 8+ years in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
• 1- Welding: Arc, MIG, and TIG on mild steel, stainless, and aluminum.
• 2- Machining using typical machine shop tools (lathes, mills, grinders).
• 3- Plant layout and production flow.
• 4- Knowledge of TPM, WCM continuous improvement methodologies.
• 5- Creating/modifying procedures, work instructions, and hazards analyses.
• 6- Involvement with capital projects focused on safety, quality, and downtime.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, environmentally friendly culture.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Develop new product tooling.
• Lead automation projects including robotics, automated material handling, and machine integration.
• Apply PLC knowledge to troubleshoot and improve automated systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on new product launches to establish efficient processes.
• Support Lean, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives in a world-class manufacturing environment.
• Draft/test documentation and analyze data to drive tooling and process improvements.
