Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Automation, Electronics, or Electrical).
• 2–5 years' experience in internal logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Travel 25%–50% required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Internal Logistics Manager and site teams to identify and implement logistics improvements.
• Analyze and develop alternative solutions to optimize material storage and automated flows.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and logistics groups to manage finished goods and external warehouses.
• Support stock counts and coordinate with automated warehouse systems.
• Provide advanced support for automation troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Monitor inventory data and automation performance; drive corrective actions.
• Promote safety in logistics automation activities and follow SOPs.
• Apply corporate policies and standards to logistics improvements.
• Perform other duties to support automation and warehouse process enhancements.
