Job summary

American Trim, LLC is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations. This advanced role troubleshoots and repairs automated systems, PLCs, robotics, servo motors, loaders and transfer systems.

You will mentor other technicians and collaborate with Engineering to improve reliability and performance. Ideal candidates bring strong electrical, mechanical and automation skills, with hands-on troubleshooting, installation and project involvement.

Qualifications

Extensive industrial maintenance experience with advanced electrical, mechanical and automation troubleshooting.
Journeyperson or senior level maintenance experience or equivalent training.
PLC troubleshooting and experience with automation systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems using diagnostics and schematics.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for PLCs, sensors, robotics and controls.
Assist with equipment installation, startup and modification projects.
Mentor Maintenance/Production staff and collaborate with Engineering to improve reliability.
