Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an Automation Developer Intern for a hybrid role in Bloomington, IL. You will join the Automation team to help build, test, and improve business processes with opportunities to work on Power Platform, RPA, integrations, and emerging technologies.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and can commit to full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027.
• Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.
• Basic programming experience in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.

Responsibilities

• Work with COUNTRY Automation team to build, test, and improve business processes.
• Learn and apply automation concepts across platforms (Power Platform, RPA, integrations).
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver real-world automation solutions.
