Campbell's Automation Developer role seeks a seasoned professional to design, build, and support enterprise automation and AI solutions using Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure Foundry. Fully remote for the right candidate, with a preference for hybrid work at our HQ.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure governance and responsible AI, and act as a Tier 3 SME, delivering scalable applications, dashboards, and integrations while aligning with enterprise standards and cost optimization.

The Automation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation, AI, and agent-based solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and digital experiences. Leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, large language models (LLMs), and other AI-driven technologies, this role delivers scalable applications, workflows, integrations, copilots, and AI agents that drive operational efficiency and business value.
The Automation Developer partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into secure, innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and responsible AI practices. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing design, development, advanced support, troubleshooting, and administration across automation and AI platforms, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to accelerate automation, enhance employee experiences, and drive innovation.
Fully remote for the right candidate, prefer hybrid (3 days) in office in our HQ
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $104,000-$143,000. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
