Job summary

Dollar Bank is seeking a visionary leader to own and drive the end‑to‑end intelligent RPA strategy across core banking platforms. You will architect, develop, and deploy reliable automations using UiPath, while expanding AI capabilities such as Agent Builder and IX P for complex data extraction.

You will lead governance for AI prompts, validate outputs, and ensure HITL workflows meet regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Seven (7) years of progressive automation experience with RPA and leadership.
• Expert-level UiPath across enterprise suite including Agent Builder and IX P.
• Hands-on AI validation tools (DeepEval, Promptfoo, MLflow, Arize Phoenix, Ragas).
• Strong Python and C#/.NET for extending UiPath workflows and API layers.
• Experience with iPaaS (Boomi) and API-driven data architectures.
• Experience building REST/GraphQL APIs and testing with modern tools.

In this hybrid role at our mid-sized bank, you will act as both an enterprise leader and a highly skilled individual contributor, owning and executing the end-to-end intelligent Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategy across multiple core banking platforms and financial technologies.

You will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of reliable automations using the UiPath ecosystem, guiding solutions from discovery through production. A key part of this role is expanding the use of AI within our automation environment. You will lead the evaluation and adoption of UiPath AI capabilities, including Agent Builder for agentic workflows, Intelligent Extraction Platform (IXP) for advanced data extraction, AI Center, and Document Understanding. You will also be responsible for establishing modern validation frameworks and using appropriate industry-standard tools to audit AI prompt performance, benchmark Large Language Model (LLM) responses, and govern Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows. This position is hybrid requiring in office hours.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (professional experience will be considered in lieu of education)
• Seven (7) years of progressive automation experience, emphasizing RPA delivery, system architecture, and technology leadership.
• UiPath Ecosystem Mastery: Expert-level proficiency across the enterprise UiPath suite, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Task Capture, Integration Service, Action Center, and explicitly its latest agentic capabilities including Agent Builder and Intelligent Extraction Platform (IXP), alongside AI Center and Document Understanding. Mastery of the REFramework and automation development best practices.
• AI & Prompt Engineering Validation Frameworks: Hands-on experience deploying specialized AI and prompt engineering validation tools (e.g., DeepEval, Promptfoo, MLflow, Arize Phoenix, Ragas) to audit generative AI behaviors, validate prompts, measure accuracy, and manage compliance guardrails.
• Advanced Automation & Integration Tech Stack: Strong hands‑on proficiency in Python and C#/.NET to natively extend UiPath workflows, develop custom API integration layers, and build intelligent, agentic AI automations. Functional exposure to iPaaS platforms (specifically Boomi), with a solid understanding of how to orchestrate API‑driven data layers alongside RPA digital workers for resilient, hybrid automation architectures.
• API & Testing Frameworks: Experience developing and validating REST/GraphQL APIs using modern clients and spec‑driven frameworks (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger, Bruno, Insomnia, Postman, JMeter) along with code‑based integration and performance testing as well as building synthetic monitors.

Preferred Credentials

Active UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (ARD) or UiPath Certified Professional Intelligent Automation Analyst credentials are highly desirable.

Banking & Financial Acumen

Prior experience working within a banking or financial services institution, demonstrating a strong understanding of core banking solutions, transaction flows, and industry‑standard security/compliance baselines.

Job Functions

• Strategic RPA & AI Leadership: Serve as the principal architect and advocate for the bank's intelligent automation roadmap. Mentor team members, govern development standards, and align automation initiatives with banking risk management, security policies, and operational efficiency goals.
• End-to-End Bot Delivery (Hands‑on): Actively participate as an individual contributor in all phases of the UiPath lifecycle, including business process discovery, completing Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), modular development in UiPath Studio using REFramework, configuration in Orchestrator, and technical hypercare.
• Agentic & Cognitive AI Integration: Design and deploy advanced cognitive workflows leveraging the full suite of UiPath AI capabilities. This includes constructing autonomous and conversational workflows using UiPath Agent Builder, implementing the Intelligent Extraction Platform (IXP) for highly complex data extraction, utilizing AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining.
• AI Prompt Validation & Governance: Establish rigorous testing protocols to evaluate and validate LLM outputs and generative AI prompts. Mandate and utilize specialized AI and prompt engineering validation tools (e.g. DeepEval, Promptfoo, MLflow, Arize Phoenix, and Ragas) to evaluate correctness, protect against prompt injection, safeguard accuracy, mitigate AI model drift, and maintain absolute compliance within a regulated financial ecosystem.
• Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) Engineering: Construct, monitor, and optimize UiPath Action Center queues and tasks, ensuring seamless handoffs between automated digital assistants and humans during high‑risk exception handling and data verification steps managed through IXP or agent tasks.
• System Integration & Data Access: Write and optimize complex SQL queries and relational database logic to securely extract, transform, and feed high‑integrity financial data into automated pipelines across web, desktop, API, and mainframe endpoints.
