Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience developing operational reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting workflow automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and reporting best practices.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide meaningful business insights.
• Partner with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Create standardized reporting solutions that improve visibility into operational performance.
• Monitor reporting effectiveness and continually enhance capabilities based on needs.
• Partner with Systems Integrations Lead to identify automation opportunities.
• Assist in defining workflows and evaluating automation opportunities.
• Support implementation, testing, and adoption of automation solutions within approved processes.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics to measure automation effectiveness.
• Document process changes and support end-user training and change management.
