Mercury Marine is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to enhance their manufacturing automation systems in Fond du Lac, WI. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing controls, and developing innovative solutions to improve factory operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley and Siemens) and CNC controls. The position offers a competitive salary range of $73,900 to $90,500 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits and a 10% annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Competent in programming PLCs and HMIs, specifically Allen Bradley, and ideally Siemens.
• Familiarity with CNC controls, primarily Siemens and Fanuc.
• Ability to read and understand controls prints and modify them using AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing troubleshooting for automation and controls issues.
• Develop, implement, and oversee predictive maintenance procedures.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of factory automation.
