Job summary

LifeMade Products LLC, a Jadex Inc operating company, seeks an experienced Controls/Electrical Technician to provide troubleshooting and installation services for manufacturing equipment and processes. Primary duties include PLC/HMI fault diagnosis, wiring control panels, preventive maintenance, system calibration, and collaboration with engineering to improve installations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years’ experience with large automation systems, wiring, and process control in manufacturing.
Proficient reading of electrical schematics and diagrams.
Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, relays, contactors, and motor starters.

Responsibilities

Fault diagnosis and PLC/HMI troubleshooting and component replacement.
Circuit analysis: read and interpret electrical schematics to trace signals.
Preventive maintenance, testing, calibration, and system backup management.
Wiring and installation of control panels, devices, and sensors per blueprints; comply with OSHA/NEC.
Implement small-scale program modifications or hardware upgrades to improve efficiency.
Document maintenance, repairs, and calibration results.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
Collaborate with engineering to improve installation processes.
Other duties as assigned.
