Job summary

Jadex, a LifeMade Products LLC operating company, is seeking an experienced controls/electrical technician to provide troubleshooting and installation services for manufacturing equipment and processes. You will work on mechanical systems, electronic controls, and facility controls in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include 75% tech support to operations/maintenance, 25% collaboration with Engineering on new installations, and ensuring safety with LOTO and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years’ experience with large automation systems and process control.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with AC/DC circuits, relays, contactors, and motor drives.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting expertise.
• Compliance with OHSA, EPA, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide controls/electrical troubleshooting and installation for manufacturing equipment.
• Offer technical support to operations and maintenance for production equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve installation processes and equipment.
• Install and wire control panels and sensors per blueprints.
• Document maintenance, calibration results, and system updates.
• Ensure Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
