Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of a 2-year program in Industrial Electricity or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship or 3 years related mechanical experience acceptable.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and on-call for downtime.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily/weekly meetings to drive automation needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve automation and reduce losses.
• Develop and deliver cost-effective automation solutions.
• Review breakdown root cause actions to ensure resolution.
