Job summary

The Project Manager role at Thermo Systems oversees complex automation and control systems projects from early planning to closeout. You’ll coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects through defined project phases from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with PMO standards.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting using standardized PMO tools.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities as required.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
