Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Project Manager in Mansfield, TX to lead automation and control-system projects from planning through commissioning. You will partner with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence, while delivering high-quality outcomes for hyperscale facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex industrial projects, strong communication skills, and a PMP or progress toward certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects through defined project phases from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Ensure gate readiness by completing required deliverables and securing approvals prior to advancing.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with PMO standards.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting using standardized PMO tools.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities as required.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
