Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in E.E. or applicable education and experience.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, schedules and budgets.
• Understanding of automation, industrial machines and robotics.
• Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams.
• Experience in packaging industry preferred and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, CAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC, Servo, HMI, and robotics programs for packaging machines.
• Confer with engineering to prepare software modifications as required.
• Interpret specifications and assist in commissioning on shop floor and at customer sites.
• Design electrical control panels, wiring systems, and power distribution.
• Create electrical schematics and technical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
