Job summary
Enbridge is seeking an Advisor Automation & Controls to design, develop, and troubleshoot automation and control systems for gas infrastructure. You will lead PLCs, measurement systems, OT environments, and SCADA interfaces, ensuring reliability and maintainability while guiding governance and sustainment of automation and controls.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate
Qualifications
- Experience designing and troubleshooting industrial control systems.
- Advanced proficiency with computers and engineering or industrial software applications.
- Ability to coordinate work performed by field technicians, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary business partners.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, build, commission, and troubleshoot automation and control systems, including PLCs and gas measurement systems.
- Support plant-level OT systems, including HMI software, HMI servers, operator workstations, and ICS networks.
- Support SCADA interfaces to automation and control systems.
