BCA Mpac Group in Newburyport, MA is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation and control systems across food & beverage, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors. You will work with PLCs (Rockwell), HMIs, motion systems, robotics, and machine vision, leading FAT/SAT testing and continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in controls/automation, strong Rockwell PLC skills, and a solid grasp of safety standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in controls/automation engineering.
• Strong PLC programming (preferably Rockwell).
• Experience with machine vision systems.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and risk assessments.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems.
• Create and document process sequences, IO mapping, and system specifications.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, motion systems, robotics, and machine vision.
• Lead FAT & SAT testing, ensuring systems perform reliably.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
