Qualifications

• BSEE from accredited four-year college or university.
• At least two years of experience in controls design, panel construction, and PLC programming in a high volume assembly environment.
• Knowledge of robotics, motion control, vision, sensors, and variable frequency drives.
• Functional knowledge of machine safety and wiring standards, including relevant code requirements and network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide controls and electrical engineering design and programming for custom assembly applications, including hardware specification, integration, electrical BOM, and schematics.
• Facilitate advanced troubleshooting and repair of equipment with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Support design and implementation of automated manufacturing technology, including robotics and vision systems.
• Develop and maintain hardware, software, and controls documentation and data for projects.
