Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) with five years of related experience.
• RSLogix 5000 and RSNetworx training.
• FactoryTalk View Studio and Fanuc Advanced Programming training.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on problem solving ability.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize.
• Strong English language skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment including weld controllers, robotics and PLCs.
• Design electrical and electronic circuits.
• Program PLCs, AC/DC drives, and servo drives.
• Modify robot, PLC programs and machine screen interfaces.
• Perform equipment maintenance.
• Change welding consumables as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment components.
• Adjust MIG and spot welding per schedule.
• Abide by company policies (Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, HR).
