Job summary

ActiveSoft, Inc. seeks a controls/automation engineer with PLC and SCADA experience to design, configure, and commission industrial control systems. You will work hands-on in the field, perform startup activities, and support cutovers to ensure reliable plant operation.

Ideal candidates have industrial environment exposure, can work independently, and are comfortable validating PLC/HMI points and indications to bring systems online. Water/wastewater experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC/SCADA programming and system integration.
• Hands-on commissioning and startup activities.
• Field execution experience in industrial environments.
• Ability to verify PLC/HMI points and indications in live systems.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Program and configure PLC/SCADA systems.
• Support startup and cutovers.
• Perform QA/QC testing of control systems.
• Validate PLC/HMI data points and functionality.
• Assist with getting wastewater utility systems fully online.
