Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Automation Controls Engineer to join our Orlando, FL team. You will support on-site installation, startup and maintenance of automation systems, and help customers optimize performance.

Responsibilities include PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, troubleshooting, and creating validation and system documentation while collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology is required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Experience with Rockwell Automation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of Rockwell equipment and systems.
Program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for new or modified equipment.
Develop and write validation plans, SOPs, and system audits.
Communicate project details with Rockwell and customer management.
