Search Masters, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer to support and maintain plant automation systems across Distribution/Re-pack, Injection Molding, and Wire Harness manufacturing operations. The role involves hands-on programming and system optimization.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 2+ years in PLC/HMI/Automation programming, and experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks. Robotics knowledge is a plus, with training available.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years PLC/HMI/Automation programming in manufacturing.
• Robotics programming experience is a plus (training available).
• Proficiency in schematic design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain plant automation across multiple manufacturing operations.
• Lead installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and programming of automation equipment.
• Program and maintain PLC systems in Allen Bradley environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB robotics platforms.
• Manage and optimize VFDs and Servo drives.
• Develop and maintain HMI applications.
• Drive capital projects from conception to completion.
• Create and modify schematic drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
