Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in controls, engineering, electrical, and manufacturing preferred or an equivalent combination of work experience and/or technical certificates.
• Ability to read/write ladder logic.
• Ability to create PLC code from scratch and troubleshoot during installation.
• Physical demands: lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant equipment controls processes, design, and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot issues with hardware/software/programs and processes interacting with manufacturing equipment
• Interact with Allen Bradly, Siemens, and Fanuc controls systems
• Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions
• Learn and train associates in the correct usage of Machine Controls for assigned functions
