Regal Rexnord is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, program, install and optimize automation systems on the manufacturing floor. You will ensure reliable PLC/HMI/SCADA operation, integrate robotics and motion control, and support startup, validation and upgrades.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, with opportunities to lead lean projects and collaborate across engineering, maintenance and production teams in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of controls engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA, robotics, and automation systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, program, modify, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial networks and communication protocols.
• Develop and maintain electrical control schematics and documentation.
• Support startup, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing equipment.
• Integrate robotics, vision systems, sensors, servos, and motion control into assembly processes.
• Diagnose and resolve controls downtime; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to boost throughput and reduce scrap.
