Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Controls Engineer to lead the complete automation package design, including schematics, PLC, motion, and programming. You will generate electrical drawings, select PLCs, and develop control narratives to support customer systems.

Qualifikationen

• BSEE/BSET or Associate Degree with 5 years’ work experience (hands-on electrical experience preferred).
• Experienced PLC programmer familiar with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff products.
• Ability to set functionality and communication with customer controls systems (Ethercat, Profinet, Ethernet IP).
• Understanding of controls (motion, PLC, Servo) and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN P8; ability to read electrical drawings and perform engineering calculations.

Aufgaben

• Develop programming for projects: PLCs, HMIs, servo drives.
• Size motors, drives, and overloads; ensure correct safety circuits.
• Review customer specs and develop automation package BOM and estimates.
• Travel to customer/vendor locations as needed; interface with customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop/maintain/modify drawings to support standard offerings and customer applications.
