Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Controls Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain DeltaV/Rockwell-based process control systems at the Bedford Park (Argo Plant) site. You will support production, GMP, quality and safety goals, collaborating across disciplines to deliver reliable control systems and improved performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s in electrical/controls engineering, hands-on DeltaV experience, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or controls engineering or related field.
• Proven DeltaV experience in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• Knowledge of PLC/DCS hardware and software and data historians.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain process control and automation systems to support plant production and GMP.
• Lead projects from design through implementation to improve performance and reliability.
• Manage capital projects within cost/schedule/scope constraints.
• Support lifecycle planning to avoid obsolescence and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across disciplines and share knowledge within the organization.
