Job summary

TheMasonGroup is seeking an Automation Controls Engineer, Integrator to design, test, and manage electrical control systems for client projects. You will lead project activities and coordinate with teams to ensure performance aligns with specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities include client interfacing, troubleshooting, and configuring PLC/HMI setups, with a focus on safe, efficient operations across manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME/CS or equivalent.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Experience with control panels in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with protective devices, controls, and safety procedures.
• Ability to apply math concepts (probability, statistics, geometry, trig).
• Color vision and depth perception required.
• Physical ability to lift/move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, design, testing, and management of electrical systems.
• Manage projects to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct operation, maintenance, and repair of field equipment.
• Troubleshoot control system issues with team members.
• Interface with clients to resolve production/design concerns.
• Lead client meetings for project-based initiatives.
• Ensure testing meets specifications and customer requirements.
• Frame and review electrical schematics and layouts.
