Zusammenfassung
Stellar Energy hosts the Automation & Controls Designer role at its Jacksonville, FL headquarters or Fort Worth, TX manufacturing plant. The designer prepares technical drawings for modular TIAC plants, CHP, and district cooling projects, coordinating with engineers and other design disciplines to ensure accurate electrical distributions and BOMs.
You will generate schematics, 3D models, and installation drawings, support bids and field verification, and assist in factory acceptance testing
Qualifikationen
- Two-year associate degree in drafting or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with AutoCAD software.
- Four years of experience in electrical and controls design and drafting.
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with controls engineers to receive instructions for project design.
- Coordinate with other designers to avoid interferences.
- Create standard drawings including legends, installation details, schematic sheets, I/O diagrams, loop sheets, and 3D models.
- Assist with design calculations and verify field dimensions.
- Prepare design packages to enable procurement, fabrication, installation, and construction.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals.
- Interface with production and site commissioning personnel.
