Kodak Corp. is offering an on-site Engineering Co-op in Rochester, NY within Eastman Business Park. This position supports manufacturing engineering projects and day-to-day activities across film and chemical processes. Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 start, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

The co-op provides hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and engineering design, with opportunities to work on controls, automation, and equipment reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical, Automation, Controls, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Preference for Sophomore year or later.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic, motivation to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support controls projects, including troubleshooting and obsolescence upgrades.
• Create release documents with wiring diagrams and drive parameters; assist with installation and commissioning.
• Participate in projects involving process improvements, equipment reliability, and automation enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineers and skilled trades on multi-generational equipment and systems.
• Assist in technical support for operations and maintenance activities.
