M.C. Dean is seeking a Technical Specialist for advanced leadership in BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems within its Modular Mission Critical campus near Richmond, VA. You will implement complex integrations, configure devices, and support commissioning across multiple sites.

The role requires deep electrical/mechanical understanding, strong communication, and readiness to travel for startup activities. Prior experience with industrial instrumentation and PLC/SCADA is essential.

Competenze

• 8+ years experience in installation, troubleshooting and/or testing of EPMS, BMS, Industrial instrumentation and/or SCADA systems
• 8+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or 6+ years with an Associate's
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for startup

Mansioni

• Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of complex BMS, EPMS and SCADA systems with advanced integrations
• Perform basic TCP/IP configuration and configure communication devices
• Troubleshoot communication link failures and configure Modbus gateway devices
• Understand PLC applications to load/update projects and configure communication parameters
• Prepare and review simple electrical sketches, CX plans, and data sheets
• Perform routine electrical and mechanical calculations
• Review supplier documentation for compliance with specifications
• Support commissioning, inspection, and testing of electrical components and systems
• Travel to customer sites for startup and field work
