Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. is seeking a travel-ready Construction Project Manager to deliver automation solutions for West Texas/Lubbock-area clients.

The role involves full lifecycle project accountability—from initiation to closeout—with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. This position requires strong problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of related experience in project management, delivery, and quality control.
• Background in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; client-focused accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to deliver engineering solutions safely, on time and within budget.
• Develop and administer project budgets, controls, and quality provisions; perform cost estimating and value engineering.
• Represent WM with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies; be primary client contact on site.
• Participate in business development and quality assurance activities; support proposals and reports.
• Provide technical assistance for proposals, presentations, and project delivery; mentor engineers.
