Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of related experience in project management and delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Knowledge of BMS, EPMS, electrical engineering, design and construction methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to safely deliver engineering solutions on time and within budget.
• Develop and administer project budgets and quality provisions; assist with cost estimating.
• Represent WM with clients and manage site communications and duties.
• Participate in business development and quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical assistance in proposals, reports, and project delivery.
• Lead teams and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
