Job summary

Wunderlich-Malec Engineering in Dallas, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the Business Unit Manager in achieving strategic objectives. The CPM will lead project management, delivery, and total quality management at client sites, with end-to-end accountability from initiation to closeout.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of related experience
• Background in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects that safely deliver engineering solutions, on time and within budget.
• Develop and administer project budgets, fiscal controls, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating and value engineering as appropriate.
• Represent the Firm in business dealings with clients, consultants, contractors, and public/private agencies, and serve as WM's primary point of contact with client site management and staff for daily assigned duties.
• Participate in business development and quality assurance activities as directed by the Business Unit Manager.
• Provide technical assistance in proposal development, presentations, reports, studies, and project delivery.
• Build trust and credibility with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience that increases the likelihood of award and supports repeat work.
