Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, technology, consulting, operations, data, fintech, or related areas.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and BI/automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual work, and improve workflows.
• Gather business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for technology teams and providers.
• Coordinate with developers and end users on design and enhancement of internal tools and platforms.
