What You’ll Be Doing

- Gather business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for technology teams and third-party providers.
- Coordinate with developers and end users on the design and enhancement of internal tools and platforms.
- Support data-related initiatives, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, and data-quality controls.
- Manage testing and implementation activities for new systems, features, and process improvements.
- Create documentation and provide training to support successful adoption of new technology.
- Develop practical solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, Teams, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Explore appropriate uses of AI and automation while considering accuracy, controls, limitations, and potential risks.
- Work with leadership to prioritize technology initiatives, assess external solutions, and manage ongoing enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 2–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, technology, consulting, operations, data, fintech, or a related area.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft technology ecosystem, particularly tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Teams, Copilot, or comparable platforms.
- Ability to understand business challenges and convert them into practical solutions, processes, and well-defined requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to organization, detail, and data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach, intellectual curiosity, strong follow-through, and comfort taking ownership of projects.
- Interest in learning new technologies and applying them to real business problems.
- Financial services or capital-markets experience is preferred.
