Prolific Machines seeks a Research Associate II or Senior Research Associate to advance automation and cell line development. You will design experiments, optimize high-throughput workflows, and analyze data to improve CHO cell lines, reporting insights to multiple teams.

On-site role in Emeryville, CA, focused on automation, molecular biology, and regulatory-ready data. The role emphasizes independence, collaboration, rigorous documentation, and the ability to adapt as projects progress.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree with 2–5+ years of experience or Master's with 1–4+ years in relevant field.
Experience designing and executing experiments and troubleshooting analytical techniques.
Ability to precisely follow protocols, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast pace environment.
Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and data analysis tools.

Mansioni

Conduct experiments independently, collect and analyze data, and document results.
Develop and optimize automation workflows at the CLD interface (Tecan or Hamilton).
Collaborate across the CLD team and other groups while maintaining lab safety and documentation.
Provide data for presentations, patents, or publications and support regulatory submissions as needed.
Maintain lab equipment, SOPs, and contribute to risk assessment and compliance.
