Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Data and Innovation Department. You will run structured intake conversations, surface real needs, and translate them into user stories, process flows, and clear requirement summaries for the attorneys, professionals, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to legal tech, operations, or data analytics is preferred.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured intake conversations with attorneys and business professionals.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and requirement summaries.
• Act as liaison between requesters and technical teams.
• Identify patterns and opportunities for automation across the firm.
• Support pilots, UAT, and post-implementation activities.
• Create training materials and reference documentation.
• Escalate issues and communicate risks to stakeholders.
