Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a BAS Engineer / DDC Engineer / Controls Engineer in Houston to design and implement building automation and energy management systems, aligned with energy codes and project specs.

You will analyze system performance at the campus level, develop project-specific programming, and build user interfaces to improve end-user interaction. Field-based work and occasional site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in controls or building automation.
• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred; other disciplines welcome).
• Exposure to electronics and electrical circuit basics.
• Understanding of basic programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with Direct Digital Controls (DDC) theory and applications.
• Office and field-based; site visits may involve construction/outdoor conditions and ladder use.
