Job summary

Job Juncture in Tennessee is seeking an Assembly Engineer for a high-volume, fast-paced operation in the Morristown/Dandridge area. The role involves supporting automation projects, performing process capability studies, and writing clear work instructions for equipment and processes.

Candidates with a BS in Engineering are preferred, but an AS with at least 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing will also be considered. PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree required, or AS with 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with process capability studies, control plans and PFMEA documentation.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform process capability studies, develop control plans and PFMEA documentation.
• Write technical work instructions for equipment and processes.
• Support projects to continue automating production lines and improve efficiency.
