Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to own preventive and diagnostic maintenance of production equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and high uptime operations.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, program robots and PLCs, perform TPM, and support new equipment installs while following OSHA safety procedures. Competitive pay and shift premiums accompany a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, technical field, or technical schooling.
• Strength in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; automation background a plus.
• Knowledge of standard PM practices.
• Skilled with tools, shop equipment, and PPE.
• Metalworking capability: cutting, welding, drilling, tapping.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and relay logic; hydraulics/pneumatics; electrical distribution and LOT.
• Prior air compressor maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb; lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Role Purpose

Own the preventive and diagnostic maintenance of production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-uptime operations.

What You’ll Tackle

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Program and optimize robots and automation; work with PLCs and controls
• Execute TPM on shop equipment and contribute to continuous improvement
• Interpret manuals and blueprints to plan and perform service
• Use hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment effectively

What You Need
