Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in automation engineering, systems integration, or related tech roles.
• Proven experience with desktop automation, AI/ML tools, and enterprise application support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, scripting languages, and middleware integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement desktop and intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, AI Builder, RPA, and Python.
• Lead application and data integration to streamline workflows and improve ops efficiency.
• Develop automations for repetitive tasks across university systems and provide technical expertise on integration protocols (REST, SOAP).

This role will focus on desktop & enterprise automation, AI-driven process improvements, and intelligent automation solutions.
